| Description | not 100 percent if this is a bug it looks like it so basically were usually were I could put a building down on a resource in this save all I get is a red out line round the building im attempting to place. | ||||

This was a recent change. You can't build on any resources anymore. Drop a harvester of the right type on it and collect it all up and the resource will go away so you can place a different building on the tile. |
