Summary	0014889: Androns' political parties and ways to form them
Description	Because andron political parties are randomly decided when game is created, there is often situation where you can't use androns to recruit races into federation because federationists don't exist as an option. So it would be nice if you could insert parties outside the parlament into parlament somehow or if new parties would get into parlament depending on androns' situation like if crappy enviromental rci would mean rise of enviromentalist party into the parlament. Alternatively federationists could always be part of the parlament so that you can always have them as option when planning how to form federation. Also, on sidenote, it'd be interesting if ruling party would actually affect androns' actions and AI. Like pluralists and samaratians actually helping other races and peacebrokers and pacifers trying to keep the peace.
