| Description | The language of another race is still totally gibberish even if you've researched the whole linguistic tree of it. You can at least read some words and try to understand what they mean but I think if you've fully researched a language you should have plain english text of it. | ||||

There are 7 levels of language competence. You have to unlock advanced linguistics to get access to levels 6 & 7. |
