| Description | Either from the normal dock, or a new, specialized dock, the ability to create low-cost "dummy" ships, with an independent ship cap, that to the AI would appear as their normal counterparts. The difference being a complete lack of weaponsor, in the case of starships, area bonuses/forcefields. These could be used to stage false invasions to divert the AI's forces while you send a real fleet elsewhere. | ||||
