Summary0017424: just a random idea i had
Descriptionso what if linked the use of persifick buildings to persifick resources?(as in a building not being able to do what it needs to do without the persifick resource or at a much weaker efficiency) for I start placing down helicopter pads but I cant use them/can but their weaker because I don't have access to oil(just an example really)if you were to implement this though it would probably be to good to have an option to turn it of though for options sake.

I wasn't intending for this mechanic to replace the other resource mechanics more of an add but that's fine if you think it won't fit.

The resources are super duper rare, generally only one deposit of most of them per map. Lots of different kinds of resources, though -- 80-something. So that more traditional Civ-like model doesn't really work, although I did consider that for a while.

fair enough also I have to say that this game on the whole definitely looks very un civ like(I mean the only really civ like thing we had left really aside from the resources was the social system which is gone for the better in my opinion it really wasn't very interesting and made races horribly over powered) which I definitely like.
