Summary0017408: Make Radar Dampening apparent when displaying the range circles.
DescriptionIt's easy to get confused by radar damping, as there is no visual indication of it; to an unfamiliar user, their ships just don't seem to be firing when they should.

Perhaps when a ship is locked on to a target with RD, its normal range circle gets dimmed, and a new, adjusted range circle appears?

any chance when choosing a radar damped target we could change the line color of the attack? this would be a handy visual reminder that this is not a standard behavior attack for the long range ships
