This is still "new?" Come on, this is a gimme! Let me easily mute the in-game music when I feel like it, without trolling through a config dialog! |

There are already too many hotkeys. :-P Do you really toggle music so often that going to the options menu is a burden?

The problem with obscure hotkeys mapped by default is that you can accidentally press the wrong button and not know how to fix the resulting problem, especially if it changes a global program setting.
I don't mind having a mute command, but I'd rather it not be mapped to a shortcut by default. |

I support Adam even though it seems very unlikely that someone would accidently hit it, if they did and didn't know what they did it would be problematic. So many of us have keyboards that have mute buttons on them that it would be a pretty niche thing anyways so the idea of having it un-bound seems even more appealing. |

Sounds like reasonable concern, and it certainly wouldn't be the only obscure keyboard command that doesn't come mapped by default. Just to be clear, I'm asking for music mute only, not whole-game or whole-computer mute.
