I have unfortunately fouled up my ability to test this using that seed. If you do any more testing and recognize the room in question, can you take a screenshot of the place you found?

Was this some sort of nook or cranny, or was this a "door to nowhere" so to speak? If the latter, then that's a separate problem and something we'll also have to try to reproduce in the next build unfortunately.

It was a door that opened automatically when the raptor got close to it. It looked like a dark room but when I ran into it there was no floor and feel through the map.

When you enter the seed go outside down the stairs up the other stairs. When in that lobby there is a corner with another stairway go down its one of those doors. If you can tell me how to join a seed I'll video it for you as I have all kinds of game recording software...didn't think to record when this happened.
