Those are actually sacrifice rooms (secret rooms are the ones with free stuff). It's a known issue that they run out of items to show on later floors because of the limited item pool. It was fixed in the upcoming update by adding more sacrifice items, so it won't run out anymore. Until then, a workaround would be to avoid visiting them in the early floors, so later on they still have items left to show. |
