| Description | You can currently improve relations past the stated cap of +50. I was able to raise it to 300 for a Federation invite. Once you end the dispatch, the report appears to add the gained mutual influence again, which would effectively double the improvement, but the second gain doesn't actually happen. This was in Standard mode. | ||||
