Summary0016055: Modifications to control group repair behavior for CTRL's "suspend if resources less than"
DescriptionWhen producing units from a mercenary dock that is control grouped in order to configure a "suspend spending if resources less than" condition (and are automatically grouped into the dock's control group upon production), I've noticed that engineers will _sometimes_ still try to repair these units even though they are unable to due to budget. This causes issues such as diverting their attention from other tasks.

Maybe I'm wrong or the game does checks in intervals (and sometimes the game is operating too slowly to do the re-check), but maybe this could be looked at?

An alternative short-fix that I would like is for a checkbox option to not default to the automatic grouping so ships produced can be repaired regardless, or 'only apply resource restriction to production facilities'.

A better way to phrase it is allow engineers to quit a task no longer able to be done due to resource minimum requirements.
