Summary	0016015: Solar Map: Provide an (really expensive) option to buy a specific kind of Hydral tech or weapon?
Description	I often found myself wishing for this to be possible, especially if being stuck with a flagship not carrying a single weapon suitable to deal with the current foe at hand - often early game. Example: Taking on Obscura using a Thoraxian Extermiantor in an invasion game is not fun. I am talking about a really expensive option here, mind you, like five time s the price that would have to be paid for a single random item.

Having to work around the limitations of what you might have is something that I think is important. Simply not engaging the Obscura directly with that sort of ship until you get further in would be a good idea. There aren't so many kinds of weapons that a direct purchase option would make a huge difference, anyway -- if it was 5x more expensive, you could get almost all the weapon unlocks for that same price, anyway.
